Super quiet community, and the staff is super sweet (especially the cleaning lady & Keeley!). I also loved the cheap pet deposit. They understand pets are family. The in unit washer and dryer also makes this place great! - Verified Resident

The pool, work out facility and community center are equally appealing. Rental office staff and maintenance staff are always courteous, professional and productive. Community is very nice and quiet. Everything is tended to in a timely manner. The grounds are kept in beautiful shape. Maintenance is really good at resolving the issue promptly. Stoney pointe has been so good to us so far! After having troubles with other complexes we were definitely hesitant, but veverly has made the experience so great! I have been at Stoney Pointe for about 7 months now and it has been wonderful! The move in and lease signing process was easy and the staff is so nice. I moved from a “luxury” apartment complex on the west side and used to be a leasing agent and I have never seen a complex take such good care of their grounds! There are constantly people out and about working to make the complex look it’s best...Adam in the front office is great! He...works hard at and cares a lot about what he does. - Lainey
