Move-In Fees

All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $50 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move-in, you may be responsible for paying a security deposit and an administrative fee.

Pet Policy

A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered. 

Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Contact us for more information.
