All apartments are professionally painted and cleaned. At the end of the redecoration process, the carpets will be cleaned if they are not being replaced. We do an inspection after the prior move-out to determine what needs to be repaired, and a follow-up inspection after work has been completed in the unit to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Yes, we offer 24-hour emergency maintenance.
There are several ways to report a maintenance need. You can do so through the resident services portal, by contacting the office during business hours, or by calling 316-633-6420 if it's an emergency.

No, but we do seek permission to enter for service. If entering a ticket through resident services, please specify if it is okay for maintenance to enter if you are not home.
Call our emergency standby number -- 316-633-6420. Unlike many of our competitors, there is no charge for responding to lock-out situations.
Holes in the drywall smaller than a nickel are repaired free of charge, so you're welcome to hang things as you like throughout the apartment. Any major changes, such as painting the apartment, would need you to submit a request in writing to the office for review.
A 24-hour fitness facility, a spacious pool area, a beautiful community building that's available for residents to use during business hours or rent after hours, and a dedicated grilling station.
Our pool opens in mid-May and stays open through the end of September. Hours of operation are 10:00AM until sunset.
We provide ample parking at no charge as well as garages you can rent.
All of our apartment homes feature full-sized washers and dryers already installed.
Yes, we do have buildings in which pets are allowed (with applicable fees).
There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee where applicable and additional monthly pet rent per pet in the unit. Please see our Pet Policy on the Amenities page for additional information.

We offer 24/7 package pickup with Amazon Hub.
It is available 24 hours via key fob entry.
3 TRUE treadmills, 3 TRUE ellipticals, a multi-gym machine, an exercise cycle, balance balls, workout mats and a full selection of dumbbells.
There is a rental fee for the Community Building use after hours. The other amenities are free to use during posted times. We ask that our residents abide by the Wichita Municipal Ordinances related to quiet hours.
Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome.
Management is on property with few exceptions Monday - Friday 9:00AM until at least 5:00PM.

Many applications can have the screening result returned within one business day.
The first month's rent will be prorated based on your day of move-in. You will also be required to pay your Security Deposit, Administrative Fee, and Pet Fee (if applicable) on the day of move-in.

You can pay your rent online through resident services via bank draft, credit card or debit card. You can also pay locally at select locations--contact the office for more information about this payment method.
Log in to resident services and select 'Make Payment'. There you can enter payment accounts, schedule recurring payments or make a one-time payment. We can assist you in the office if you experience difficulty.
There are additional fees for Internet service, Dish Network, and garages.
Water, trash, sewer, and the heating of the hot water. Residents are responsible for their electric and gas service.
Through Evergy and Kansas Gas. We will send you a form 2 weeks from your move-in date with instructions.
Bloom Broadband and Dish Network. We rebroadcast the major local channels free of charge.
You are allowed to have guests at your apartment. We do ask that any guests please park in parking spots facing away from the building.
All of our rates are pre-determined and non-negotiable.
You would need to pay a new security deposit at the new community, but you could expect to receive your old one back, less any potential damages found at move-out, in approximately 3 weeks.
No. Subletting is against the terms of our lease agreement.
If you break your lease early, a 60-day notice is required, and the fee is 200% of your monthly rental rate.
There is a city bus route which runs by the shopping center just south of our location.
There is a plethora of shopping and restaurants south of us along Greenwich Road. We have high-end housing developments being built north and east of us. For sports enthusiasts we are right next to Stryker Sports Complex and the Wichita Sports Forum, and not far away from Wichita Hoops.

Hopefully it will be on property in 2021! For now, Central Park in Andover is probably the closest dog park. It is located at 1305 Central Ave, Andover, KS 67002.
Yes, there is a large trail that runs between Academy Sports and K-96 just south of us.
There is a Super Target less than a mile south of us. Walmart Supercenter, Dillons, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are all within approximately 3 miles. There are also several apparel and home goods stores nearby.
Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are both just under a mile away.
We are located between 27th Street North and 29th Street North off of Greenwich Road, just north of K-96 (past the big shopping center). Entering our office address (2925 N Boulder Dr, 67226) into a GPS should get you right to us.
